Good morning!
Yesterday I had the opportunity to spend some time at Main Brew Coffee in Fort Walton Beach, and meet owners Shelagh & Patrick Tatum.
I was at Main Brew for about 2 hours filming and the biggest thing that stood out to me was the fact that they knew just about everyone’s name that walked inside or came through drive-thru.
And they weren’t slow either. There was a steady stream of people ordering coffee, breakfast and just hangin’ out as well.
When I mentioned this to Shelagh, she told me that they encourage their baristas to really get to know the people that walk in the door everyday. They not only take an interest in trying to remember your regular order, but they also try to know your likes, dislikes and generally…whatcha got going on!
I thought that was really cool and it seemed like the regulars that were in there love it too!
I got Shelagh and Patrick to sit down and tell me a little more about Main Brew and what it means to them. I would love it if you watched the short video!
Have you ever been to Main Brew Coffee in Fort Walton Beach?
