New year, new you, right? Well, at least that’s what I’m seeing every time I open up my Facebook feed. And part of that “new you” could very well be eating a little healthier.
I’m not the biggest cheerleader when it comes to sushi. My wife cannot breathe without sushi so it’s somewhat of a regular menu item for us when planning to pick up something to eat.
Soi Bistro in Fort Walton Beach is one of our favorite places to eat. We normally make it there during lunch because their beef bulgogi bowl is one of my favorite dishes. My wife…goes for the sushi! 🍣
