Good morning!
If you were completely logged off of Facebook yesterday, you might not have seen the thousands upon thousands of shares of the viral videos of fishermen reeling in a Great White Shark on Navarre Beach.
First reported by South Santa Rosa News, Team True Blue reeled in the 10ft Great White shark weighing an estimated 700lbs. off the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier.
The team, led by Earnie Polk, immediately released the shark but not before tagging it. Polk will send their data to NOAA’s Apex Predator research program for research. Jeremy Utter of Huntsville, Alabama caught the shark, and Thomas Thielman, a pier employee, served as leader man.
👏👏👏
